Setting the scene...We just got our first snow fall of the season and we got over 10 inches and 100% of our town is out of power.  The temps are in the 20's and its freezing!

Kady asked me to paint her nails and toes (Pink nails/Electric Blue toes).  She is getting ready for her Halloween Party this evening.  She is going to be the Super Hero Captain America. 

Mommy:  Hey Kady lets say a prayer. 

Kady:  What do you want to pray about?

Mommy:  Let's pray that Grammy gets to where she's going safely.

Kady:  I would like to pray too.  I want to ask God to give everyone their powers back.

Instantly I think she is talking about Super Hero Power.

Mommy:  You want everyone to get their powers back?

Kady:  No Mommy, I am praying everyone gets their power back because it's cold and no one got TV.

I love this kid!

Day at the Dentist

I was so brave!  I let the dentist check all 20 of my teeth!  20 teeth and 0 cavities!

Dentist:  Hey Kady, how old are you?

Kady:  4!

Dentist:  When will you be 5?

Kady:  On my birthday.

Kady:  Mommy, Jesus loves everyone.  Everyone in the whole world.

Mommy:  He sure does.

Kady:  He even loves everyone in South America.

Me:  Kady get dressed we're going to get a PUMPKIN!

Kady:  OH YEAH!? WHERE WE GOIN' WARMART?!  (Wal-Mart)

Me:  No to the pumpkin patch.

Kady:  Oh.

We were driving in the car and saw a newly married couple getting their photos taken outside.

Kady:  What are they doing Mommy?

Me:  They are getting their pictures taken, they just got married!

Kady:  Am I gunna get married?

Me:  Yes, of course, one day.  But you have to get a career first!

Kady:  What's a career?

Me:  That's whey you go to school and they teach you how to do your job, like a Doctor or a Nurse!

Kady: Do I have to finish Kindergarten first?

Me:  Yes, then you go to school and graduate.

Kady:  When am I going to graduate?

Me:  Next year, then you're off to school.

Kady:  Who am I going to marry?

Me:  Well, I'll help you find a man with Jesus in his heart.  Then after we meet him, we'll pick out a dress.

Kady:  I ALREADY HAVE A DRESS, I just need to buy SHOES!

Saturday with Shusha

First, Shusha put me to work...and she had me water ALL her plants.

Then I got to have some fun with sidewalk chalk.

I wrote my name REALLY BIG in the driveway.

Then, we went to the farm and had farm fresh ice cream!

So tastey!

After my shower, Aunt Lorraine painted my toes!

Then Shusha braided my hair...I don't remember too much after that.

Second Hair Cut Ever!

I got my second hair cut ever!  We had a girls day out!

Shusha, Elizabeth, and Ellie were so excited!

The hairdresser was putting on the finishing touches!

I had to get a picture on the motorcycle!  I always tell Mommy when I get older I'm going to get a motorcycle and I'm going to wear a black helmet.
