DOCTA! DOCTA! GIVE ME THE NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I had a check up with the Doctor. Of course I am healthy as an OX! She told me how much I weigh....and quite frankly, I was shocked!
30.8 pounds! I still had my diaper on....that's my defense!I am also 34 1/2 inches tall....growin' like a weed!
While we were waiting for the Doctor to come in, we had a little lesson on how to tie a shoe...

While we were waiting for the Doctor to come in, we had a little lesson on how to tie a shoe...
Let's put it this way, LEARNING HOW TO TIE A SHOE IS HARD! Phew, Mom tried explaining the whole Bunny Ear, through the loop thing....I'll have to wait until I'm at least 3 to try it again! I'm still confused!!!

MEET THE EGG'S!
This is Uncle Egg and Auntie Diddy (a.k.a. Eli). They are our part of our Navy Family. They came all the way from Florida to visit ME! Well, I'm sure they had other things to do like a few weddings and such, but I know they came all this way mostly for me!
We had a great breakfast at the Silver Diner!
I really enjoyed myself!
SOUP, SALAD, BREADSTICKS, and NAVY FAMILY!
This weekend Mommy and I went down to Virginia Beach to visit some of my Navy Family. We had a very special dinner date with Daddy's two best friends, Uncle Jose and Uncle Jay! They brought their beautiful wives too, Auntie Priscilla and Aunt Katie!!!
We had a great meal at the Olive Garden.
Uncle Jose was tickling and nibbling on me :) It was so fun!

Here we are!!! I had a great time catching up. Thank you so much for coming to dinner, I'd love to do it again really soon!

THE JEWISH MOTHER AND NAVY FRIENDS
Today we went to lunch with Mommy's friend, Thompson (a.k.a. Christina). Mommy said they met a LONG time ago when they were stationed together on the USS MASON (DDG-87).
We went to lunch at the Jewish Mother.
I got to meet a very special lady, Rebbecca Sue! She is 6 weeks old. She is absolutely perfect!
After lunch, I had to put The Virginian Pilot to the test....does the Jewish Mother REALLY have the BEST dessert and ice cream?!
I sat patiently to find out :)

MOTHER'S DAY AT THE BEACH!
This Mother's Day, I did what every child should have done....I sat and thought about what a wonderful, caring, loving, patient, beautiful, kind, mother I have and how grateful I am to have her in my life.
Then, like any 2 year old would do, I took off.
To find the beach!
It was such a beautiful day! The sun was shining!
I searched high and low....
near and far.....
for the most perfect rocks to throw!!!!!
I really enjoyed throwing rocks into the water....I threw and threw and threw until.....
Mom made me take this picture. I didn't want to, but I had to be nice to my Mom, it was Mother's Day and all.
near and far.....I got about 1/6 of the way up...and made Mom carry me the rest of the way! After all, isn't that what Mom's are for?

FINALLY SOME SUN!
It's been raining for over a week straight here in lovely Southern Maryland! Finally, we caught a break! It's beautiful, sunny, and 75! We woke up, ate breakfast, and went straight outside!
Of course we just had to break out the sidewalk chalk!
It was so sunny I had to wear a hat!
Mom taught me how to play hopscotch! First you throw a rock....
Then you HOP to go get it....
And then you HOP back!
FUN!

MY FIRST CIRCUS, WELL, SORTA.
Today started off pretty good. I woke up, went to Muggah's house, ate, took a nap, got picked up...and went to the CIRCUS! Now, I've never been to the circus, but it seemed like it could be a lot of fun. Mom said there were tons of animals there and other fun things.
So I recruited a few resident experts, Mikayla and Katerina. They introduced me to the elephants.
They seemed alright. Kinda big....but alright.
I thought they were pretty cool, from back here.
And that was just about what I saw of the Circus. Once we got inside, I wanted out. I didn't like the noise or the motorcycles or the ring announcer or...........anything else. Mom laughed when we were driving back home when I asked were the Monkeys and Bears were....I guess I didn't stick around long enough to see them. Oh well, there is always next time.
MULCHING WITH POP POP AND DI
The weather finally warmed up!
Do you know what that means?! It's time to freshin' up the yard. Mommy didn't exactly plan on my willingness to help, because she put me in my pretty dress that MY Grammy made for me!
Pop Pop and Di unloaded and I helped spread the mulch.
They weren't shoveling fast enough! I had to wait.
Back to work!
I was pretty upset that I got mulch on my shoe, I had to stop and wipe it off.
And of course....I also took the time to smell the flowers!
Thank you so much Grammy for my dress. It fits perfectly....that's how I knew that it was made extra-specially for me!
