HAPPY BIRTHDAY AVA GRACE

This weekend, Mommy and I took a trip. I was really excited about this one because it was my BFF's (best friend forever) very 1st Birthday Party! Her name is Ava Grace. I gave her some 1st Birthday Party pointers because I'm a pro at the Birthday Party thing. Come game day, she had it down! She greeted all her guests with that charming smile of hers....mingled with everyone to make sure they had enough to drink and eat....and most importantly, she had yummy BIRTHDAY CAKE!
Happy Birthday Ava~! I hope you and I grow up close, just like our Mommy's did. What a wonderful gift of friendship they have....and I pray we will too. Here is Ava's yummy birthday cake. It was SO good.
Here is Miss Ava. She dove into the cake....FACE FIRST :)
I figured I would start acting cute. Ok, ok, I know I don't REALLY have to act.
I tried popcorn for the first time. It was yummy!
What fun I had! My smile says it all.
I loved the boccie court. I was throwing the balls....I think I won a game or two.
Balloons are my favorite!
Here are my Mommy's friends. Ashlee, Melissa, and that's AMANDA...WAYYYY in the back.
My Mommy has wonderful friends. They have been friends longer than I've been alive....that's a LONG TIME! Here they are....Vanessa, Melissa, Ashlee, Amanda, Rachel, and Nikki (we're missing a few of the girls, it's impossible to get them all in the same place at the same time...Mom said something about photo shopping their faces in.)

BOUNCEY BOUNCER!

I have never seen one of these before. I hear it's called a 'Bouncer'. At first I didn't really get it. But I saw all the kids at Ava's party in it. I had to see what it was all about. It seemed alright.....
Let me check it out....
It had a slide!!!!!!! A steep slide! Here I gooooooooooo Going....going......
Gone! Weeeeeeee!!
I'm never too busy for smooches.

DADDY DAYCARE

Daddy has been working nights lately and I haven't been able to see him very often. So he decided that instead of me going to daycare in the morning, he would keep me home with him! I get to spend the ENTIRE morning with him. We wake up, have some milk, breakfast, and PLAY! It's so nice to spend a bit of time together because I miss him so much.

CARNIVAL TIME!

Tonight we went to the Hollywood Carnival. It was my very first carnival...now if I knew they were this fun, I'd have gone a long time ago! First we went on the Merry-Go-Round. I thought it was so much fun, I keep saying "weeeeeeeeeeeee-weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee". I was absolutely mesmerized by the Ferris Wheel! I just had to give it a try!
Heeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeee we go!
I had to stop and give Mommy a squeeze.
My last ride was the cars. I loved them so much, I didn't want to get out! I asked Mommy very nicely (and a bit of kicking and screaming) if I could go around one more time. She said yes, how could you say NO to these blue eyes?!

UNCLE BK, MY FAVORITE UNCLE!

This month I got to meet my Uncle BK. He lives ALL THE WAY IN Hawaii! Mom says that it is SUPER far from Maryland. He traveled on a plane to come and visit. I guess the swim was too long. Either way, he came to meet me. I waited my whole life to meet him....and boy was it worth it. His wife, Auntie Emily couldn't make it this time....but we have plans to visit. I hear she is super sweet and I can't wait to meet her. Mom says I act just like him.
It was pretty late when we met. I loved his snuggles.
We spent a lot of quality time together. Pop Pop and Di had a BBQ in our honor and I got to meet even more of my family! Who knew there were so many people out there that loved me?
We went out to breakfast one morning. Shusha and Uncle BK kept giving me love. All I wanted was some milk.
Here we are! Uncle BK, Shusha, and Great Grandpa Marguy.
I had my eye on the MILK!
This is Mommy and Uncle BK.
They are so silly! I guess they never grew up!
