ARTS AND CRAFTS

Tonight Mom decided it was a good idea to do some arts and crafts. She calls it arts and crafts, I call it, FUN AT KADY'S EXPENSE. You say tomato, I say tomato. Here is my pretty purple tootsies.
Dad was Momma's accomplice. They make a great team. Between the 2 of them, I wasn't going to get out of this one! It wasn't that bad...
Clean up time! When this 'arts and crafts' stuff was all over, I was a mess. So were Momma and Dad!
All done! I don't know why they didn't just stick me in the tub.

I GAVE MY MOM A HEART ATTACK

Hey Everyone! Mom left me alone, mistake number 1. She left me alone with carrots all over my face, mistake number 2. Mom was gone for SO long (2 entire minutes). I decided to entertain myself. After I smeared all the carrots I had left on my face and shirt on the tub, I figured I would just get in the tub myself. She's a busy lady and whatever I can do to help out, I do!
Yeah, this is where the heart attack part took place. All I was trying to do was get in the tub...evidently, I'm not supposed to do that by myself yet.
So Mom came in and said "WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?!" Ha ha ha, I crack myself up. She doesn't know how much of a daredevil I really am. My parents are really in for it! Mom had to sign an accident report at school because I was trying to climb up the bookshelf. I lost my footing and fell. It wasn't that serious....I don't know why they made such a fuss about it. Instead of using one of my classmates to climb I'll use building blocks....yeah...building blocks. Why didn't I think of that before!?

BIG GIRL CUP

Today we went to the store and Mom and Dad bought me a big girl cup! It's the coolest thing...they put water in it and I pour it all over myself...ha ha ha, just kidding. Mom puts the stopper in it and all I have to do is suck out the water. Here I am using my cup as a teether :)
I'm getting the hang of it!
Ha! It's not so hard.

2 TEETH

Hi Everyone! Guess what....I am the proud owner of 2 teeth. That's right, 2 teeth! It's pretty exciting...I use them to chomp on Cheerios, my crib, all my toys, anything I can get them on! They weren't too fun when they were coming in...but now that my 2 teeth are here, it's great! Mom said I better not bite her....I'll have to keep that in mind, I don't want to hurt her.
I am also crawling and climbing ALL over the place. I'm also pulling myself up on everything I can get my hands on. The stove, my dog, the rocking chair (yeah, not a good idea). Nothing is stopping me, not even my classmates. Miss Lisa told Momma that I was trying to climb over my friend Liam! Hey, what can I say, he was in my way!

GIFTS FROM SHUSHA!

When Dad got home this afternoon he found this BIG OL' box waiting for ME! Boy am I a lucky girl. I LOVE PRESENTS! I LOVE PRESENTS! How do I get in this thing?
This thing is IMPOSSIBLE TO BREAK INTO!OK, I need some help.
Thanks to Mom, I finally got in and look what I found! These pretty outfits from Shusha! I can't wait until I am big enough to wear them. Right now I am in 6-9 month clothes. These are 12 months. I've got some time.
Dad told me to make sure no boys could see under my dresses. So I wanted to check them out myself. Yeah, I am DEFINITELY going to have to wear tights under these!

PHOTOSHOOT WITH MOM AND DAD

Tonight Mom pulled out the camera again (big surprise, I know). Dad even got in on the action. We all know he's not the BIGGEST camera fan, but he entertained Mom and posed for a few shots. This is Momma and Me. Looks like the only thing I got from her are my blue eyes.
This is my Dad! He's a cuddler....we're always giving each other squeezes and love.

BYE BYE SHUSHA, BYE BYE GREAT GRANDPA

Our time has come. 6 days flew by very fast. Mom and I flew to Connecticut to do some visiting and attend Mrs. Ashlee Brocco's wedding. We had a fabulous time and wished the time didn't have to go by so fast. Here I am saying goodbye to Great Grandpa and Shusha.
Bye-bye Connecticut. It was fun while it lasted.
Mom, do we have to go?!

COUNTRY PIZZA

Here is Momma, Melissa, Amanda and Vanessa. They are having Country Pizza.
This is the home of the BACON AND MEATBALL PIZZA! YUMMERS!

ASHLEE GOT MARRIED!

This weekend Mommas friends Ashlee and John got married! It was a beautiful day...Mom took me to the church. I was SO good. I didn't make a peep....I figured it was Ashlee's day so I shouldn't try and take any of the attention away from her. This is Shusha and Momma. They are all decked out for dinner!
Here I am at the church. I am angelic.
Here is the happy couple!
Momma, Melissa, and Amanda. Lookin' HOT!
Here is Momma and the BEAUTIFUL bride.
Amanda, Ashlee, Momma, and Rosa. Friends forever!

MY FIRST TRIP TO THE BANK

Today Mom took me to the bank. She said that Dad and Shusha have been saving ALL their pennies for my college fund. Every month or so Mom brings all the change and cashes it in. Then she makes a deposit to my college fund. I guess they are planning for me to go to college....I haven't even gone to preschool yet!

DRAMA!

MY FIRST TRIP TO THE AQUARIUM

This is my buddy the Lobster...his name is Larry.
I am at the touch tank with Shusha. I am saying hello to my friend the Starfish. Her name is Shelly.
Here I am sitting by my pal the Otter...his name is Oscar.

Shusha and I are patiently waiting for the Seal Show. There were 4 seals. They ate fish the whole time! Here is me and Mommy. We were snuggling by the shark thank. We are always giving each other luvin's.

Grandpa Marguy is so silly!
Smile Gramps!
This fish tank was mesmerizing! I could have watched the fish swim around all day.
Here is THE BIGGEST FRIEND OF THEM ALL. This is a sea turtle...named Sam!

MY FIRST TOOTH

Here it is! It's been a pain in the butt...or mouth, whatever. It's been making me a bit cranky. But I'll get through it. I guess there is going to be more than just one.

MY DAD, THE ATHLETE

RACE DAY!
We got up early...or should I say, Mom and Dad got up early. I got to stay in bed for a bit longer. I was in no rush to get out of these jammies. It's nice to be a kid! The Rock 'N' Roll 1/2 Marathon started promptly at 7 am. But Dad had to be there at 6...before the sun came up!

Uncle Al and Uncle Jay were so great. They came to root their best friend on! Uncle Jay pushed me around all day...it was nice of him! (That's Mommas purse hanging from my stroller, not Uncle Jay's).

This gentleman was such an inspiration! He raced the ENTIRE marathon in his wheelchair!

Here is Uncle Jay and Uncle Al....oh and me too!

Here came the pack! There were over 24,000 race participants!

Here comes my Dad! This is mile number 8! Doesn't he look great!?

There he goes! He's almost there! Only 5 miles to go!

He's almost at the finish line! Only 1 tenth of a mile to go!

Where's my Dad! I've been sitting here waiting for him....I hope he gets here soon, I want to give him a squeeze...well, maybe after he showers.

These are Dad's shoes! They took him 13.1 miles today! WOW...I wonder how far my shoes have taken me!

Ah.....my favorite thing to do, pull Mommy's hair.

Me and My Dad. He's my hero.

This is the medal each participant received. He proudly hung it up when we got home. He ran the Rock 'N' Roll 1/2 Marathon in 1 hour and 48 minutes and 19 second. He placed 1896 out of 17,018. That's pretty darn good! He finished before over 15,000 other racers. GO DADDY! YOU ARE MY HERO, I WANT TO BE JUST LIKE YOU WHEN I GET OLD!
