MY SCHOOL FRIENDS

I attend the Child Development Center on Mommy's base. She is currently stationed in Patuxent River, Maryland. (Ever hear of it...we sure didn't until we moved here!) Every morning Momma drops me off....and I wave goodbye! She SMOTHERS ME WITH ENOUGH KISSES FOR EVERYONE IN THE ROOM!
I love to hang out in my little knook. It supports me while I learn how to sit up on my own!

I wanted to share with you a picture of my friends! We hang out every morning before we move to our classrooms. My teachers are WONDERFUL. I love each and every one of them. And they love me too. I go into school with a big ol' smile every morning...and I leave with one just as big! I am so lucky to have such a great bunch of ladies taking care of me while Mommy and Daddy are at work.

Daddy's New Pet

This is our friend Praying Mantis....we call him PM for short. It seems like he's been outside our door everyday for the past week! He seems to really enjoy our bush!

MOM AND DAD LET ME FEED MYSELF TONIGHT

I thought I would test my independence tonight. Mom was feeding me and I decided I could do it myself. Tonight I had green beans and sweet potatoes. They were pretty good....good thing I got most of it in my mouth!

See, it's not so hard. Just put the spoon in my mouth. 1, 2, 3.


YEAH! All done. Good stuff.

SITTING TALL

This weekend, I decided that there was WAY to much to see in the world laying down. So up I am! I love sitting up and playing with my toys...I didn't realize how much action I was missing when I was horizontal! Mom says I'm nosey...call it what you wish!

I usually tip over when I get to tired of balancing. Dad says it's ok...when you fall just try, try, again!

NUZZLE TIME WITH DAD

It seems the older I get, the closer I get with Dad. We are two peas in a pod now. I smile and squeel when he gets home and I can't wait for him to pick me up. I just love nuzzeling with him too. He's extra cuddley!

Mom and Dad have been giving me lots of stuff. Bananas, cereal, pears...the list goes on. And it goes out as quick as they put it in! I don't like any of that Bstuff!! Well, tonight they tried greenbeans. Boy did I love them!!! As you can see I was taking the spoon right out of Dad's hand!

FUN IN THE TUB

For those who may not know...when I was little I hated taking a bath. When Mommy would start the tub water and bring me in the bathroom I would start screaming! I did not like baths one bit!!! Well now, I decided that it's not so bad. Actually, I'd stay in there all day if Mom would let me. But she says that I would get all wrinkley. I don't think it's all that big of a deal!

Moms, you cant live with them...you can't live without them.

DADDY'S GIRL

Mom caught some Me and Daddy time. I love spending time with him. He loves me so much. He doesn't get mad when I poke him in the eye! He just laughs it off. He's so forgiving! I'm really lucky to have him as a Father. I wouldn't have picked anyone else.

SOLID FOOD

Since I am 5 1/2 half months right now, Mom thought it would be smart to try and feed me solid food. Well, I just don't want any! First she tried rice cereal and then she tried pears. Neither of which I liked. Mom is being patient and eventually I'll start liking it....that's what she says. I'll just take it day by day.

For the past few weeks I've really mastered the art of rolling over. I don't like to stay in the same spot. Mom better watch close, because I am never in the same spot she leaves me! I like to keep Mom and Dad on their toes. SPEAKING OF TOES, I love mine. I love tugging on them and most of all, I love putting them in my mouth! I can't get enough of them. Mom and Dad think it's gross, but hey their mine! I can put them anywhere I want.

3 OF A KIND

Hello! This is my Daddy and Puppy, Masadoodahpupperonni's. We call him Mason for short. He just got back from Doggie School. His trainer Kyle transformed him! He is night and day. He is very mellow and laid back. As a matter of fact, it's thundering and lightening like crazy and he could care less right now! Before he would run around the house barking and whining. Isn't that great?! This is Me, Mason, and Daddy. Dad is on the bottom :)
Dad is telling me about his 25 mile bike ride this morning. He is Maryland's Lance Armstrong.
Mason is telling me about his trip to Doggie School.
Daddy is so silly. He loves to laugh...and before you know it, everyone is laughing! I've got the best family in the world. What else could a girl ask for?!

Don't I look like a Hawaiian Native? The only thing I'm missing is the sun and the sand. But it looks like we'll be enjoying that next summer! Hawaii here I come.
